Take time to think of everything that you feel may be causing you stress.
Write these down into three lists:
List 1) Things that you can do nothing about.………………….....................................................
you can put these out of your mind immediately. There’s no point
in worrying about anything that you cannot change.
List 2) Things that you know you can change/deal with……..................................................
sit down and get this done immediately. Now you have lessened
your load considerably.
List 3) Things that you need time or help to deal with……................................................……
make a plan about how you are going to deal with these things
OR make the decision to ask for help. The most competent people
and managers are good at what they do because they know when
to ask for help.
